As available, we offer 1/4, 1/2 and full beef and 1/2 and full pigs.
How the process works is you communicate with us what size share you want. You pay us for the meat based on the hanging weight of the animal. ($4/lb for grass fed beef, $3.50/lb for pork- subject to change, please confirm price prior to booking). We require a $250 deposit for quarter beef and $500 for half beef.
We will deliver the livestock directly to the butcher who you will communicate with to get the cuts you want and how you want it packaged.
The butcher will then communicate with us the hanging weight of your portion. You then pay us based on the current price per pound multiplied by the hanging weight less the deposit (if applicable).
You pick the meat up directly from the butcher and pay them for their services.
